How SailMatch works

Tell us the cruise you want.
Pick the cruise line, ship, sailing date and stateroom, then tell us who's going. Every agent quotes that same cruise, so the offers are easy to compare. It takes about two minutes, and we never ask for a card.
Step 2
Agents send their offers.
Agents can't see each other's offers, so each one sends their best. Every quote is one price for the stateroom you asked for, plus any perks, like onboard credit or prepaid tips. Agents have 24 hours to quote.
Step 3
Compare and choose.
Compare the offers side by side. You can ask each agent up to three questions first. When you accept a quote, you get that agent's name and contact details, and you book with them directly.

No. SailMatch is free for travelers, and you don't have to book any quote you get. Agents pay us a fee only after you pay a deposit on the cruise, and it's never added to your price.
Agents have 24 hours to send offers. You can accept one as soon as it arrives, or wait for more. After quoting closes, you have 48 hours to choose. If no quotes come in, tap Send again to give agents another 24 hours.
It's the agent's bookable price for your stateroom on the day they quote. Cruise prices change with availability. If the price changes before you accept, the agent has to update or withdraw the quote, and you'll see the change on your request. After you accept, your agent confirms the final fare with you when you book.
No. Agents see your cruise request, not your name or contact details. When you accept a quote, we share your name, email and phone with that one agent only.
Yes. You can ask up to three questions on each quote, and the agent answers right on SailMatch. You see who they are when you accept a quote.
You get the agent's name, agency, email and phone, and you book with them directly. Payment, stateroom details and any later changes are between you, the agent and the cruise line. We may follow up by email to confirm your booking.
